For much of my life, I followed the path I thought I was supposed to follow. I worked in a traditional office environment, raised four children, earned a master’s degree—and still found myself living paycheck to paycheck.

The Decision to Take a Risk
Eventually, I started questioning my assumptions about money, wellness, work, and what was possible. Taking a major leap into entrepreneurship was uncomfortable, but it changed the trajectory of my life.

That choice introduced me to products, people, ideas, and opportunities I hadn’t known existed. I learned that exploring an option doesn’t commit you to it—it simply gives you more information and more agency.
